Pat Godwin

Pat’s known primarily for his appearances on NBC’s Last Comic Standing and the nationally syndicated radio shows Howard Stern and Bob & Tom. His music is featured regularly on XM and Sirius comedy channels. He is one of the most quick-witted live performers in the business, with a high speed, low-drag act that constantly changes and evolves.

Despite deliberately eschewing the business side of show business and living only to create and perform, it seems good fortune has finally come his way. Two of Pat’s comedic songs, Gangsta Folk and First Date are finalists in The International Songwriting Competition, he’s currently filming a documentary called Socks Up, and has a new CD coming out this May called Captured Live. The new album is a raucous set that was recorded live at the legendary Cracker’s Comedy Club and will be available on iTunes.

The new release features the naughty crowd favorite Indianapolis, as well as Drinking Song For The Recovering Alcoholic, and a stretch of improvised nonsense called Free Pass.
